Payments:
Payments can be made using Paypal, Stripe or by Direct Debit. All prices are shown are AUD.
PDF Delivery:
Directly after payment you will be presented with your download info on screen which will contain your download link. If you are not able to download right away (For example you are shopping on your mobile) please do not worry, you will be able to login and retrieve your files via your account, simply by logging in using your email.
Delivery Policy:
All packages are currently shipped via Australia Post prepaid satchels. Shipping will be once a week on Mondays. To ensure your parcel goes out on the Monday, please ensure you make your purchase by 8am. Please allow 1 week extra for Interfacing cuts of a different length to those listed.
Delivery times are dependant on Australia Posts delivery times however most packages arrive within 3-6 working days from dispatch. Tracking numbers are supplied for all prepaid satchels via email from Australia Post and also this info will be updated/added to your website account.

Do you ship Internationally?
Am I able to order a sample of interfacing or stabiliser before I buy?
No, sorry, I do not offer samples of the WovenFuse. I feel you need to use it in your creations to really get to see how good it is. A small swatch is not really enough to discover its wonderful properties. However I do offer a smaller cut of just 2 metres so you can try it out without having to buy a large quantity. Hope this helps!
Do you accept orders by phone?
At this time, we do not accept phone orders.
Shopping Cart/Accounts
When you place an order, you will be required to supply an email address and billing info. On checkout, you will receive an email which will be your login email for your account. No passwords are necessary as your account is exclusive to your email and a new login will be supplied via email whenever you wish to access your account. No lost passwords! WOOHOO!

I am not happy, can I get a refund?
Do you Have a Shopfront?
No, we don't. ChrisW Designs is an online shop only however sometimes we can arrange pickups from either Casino NSW 2470 or Lismore NSW 2470. Please email me to discuss the options.
Do you offer wholesale prices for WovenFuse or any other products for holders of an ABN?
No, we don't wholesale WovenFuse or any other products at this time.
