Payments can be made using Paypal, Stripe or by Direct Debit. All prices are shown are AUD.
Directly after payment you will be presented with your download info on screen which will contain your download link. If you are not able to download right away (For example you are shopping on your mobile) please do not worry, you will be able to login and retrieve your files via your account, simply by logging into your account.
All packages are currently shipped via Australia Post flat rate satchels. Unfortunately due to the bulky nature of interfacing and stabiliser supplies, the shopping cart on occasion is not able to calculate accurate shipping costs.
I will contact you if there are any excess shipping charges. You will have the opportunity to cancel if you feel costs are too high. I do however only charge actual shipping costs (what I have to pay) and no handling fees.
Shipping will be twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays. To ensure your parcel goes out on the Shipping day, please ensure you make your purchase by 8am.
Delivery times are dependent on Australia Posts delivery times however most packages arrive within 3-6 working days from dispatch. Tracking numbers are supplied for all prepaid satchels via email from Australia Post and also this info will be updated/added to your website account.

Yes! We want you to be happy! For change of mind – Please notify us within 3 days of delivery and before you return your item/s. Items must be returned in original condition, intact and re-sellable. Any packaged items must be returned unopened. All postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
For faulty items – Please notify us within 5 days of delivery. We will replace if in stock. If not in stock we will refund the total original cost plus original postage on receipt of goods if proven faulty. It is however the buyers responsibility to pay return postage.
