Directly after payment you will be presented with your download info on screen which will contain your download link. If you are not able to download right away (For example you are shopping on your mobile) please do not worry, you will be able to login and retrieve your files via your account, simply by logging into your account.
All packages are currently shipped via Australia Post flat rate satchels. Unfortunately due to the bulky nature of interfacing and stabiliser supplies, the shopping cart on occasion is not able to calculate accurate shipping costs.
I will contact you if there are any excess shipping charges. You will have the opportunity to cancel if you feel costs are too high. I do however only charge actual Australia Post shipping rates and do not charge a packing or handling fee.
Shipping will be twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays. To ensure your parcel goes out on the Shipping day, please ensure you make your purchase by 8am.
Delivery times are dependent on Australia Posts delivery times however most packages arrive within 3-6 working days from dispatch. Tracking numbers are supplied for all prepaid satchels via email from Australia Post and also this info will be updated/added to your website account.

Yes! We want you to be happy! For change of mind – Please notify us within 3 days of delivery and before you return your item/s. Items must be returned in original condition, intact and re-sellable. Any packaged items must be returned unopened. All postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
For faulty items – Occasionally something faulty slips past our eagle eyes! Unfortunately sometimes it may happen that manufacturing faults occur and go unnoticed during the quality control inspection procedure. We stand behind our products, so will do our best to rectify the situation if any product is found to be faulty.
Where possible, please notify us within 5 days of delivery. Please describe the issue and include photographs as each issue is considered on a case by case basis. We do not refund or replace if there is misuse or damage due to neglect.
In the case of hardware, if more time has passed, please don’t hesitate to be in touch and let us know of your issues regardless of time. We understand you may not open each and every package on receipt to inspect. If you do notify us within 5 days, we will replace if in stock, or refund the purchase. Where the 5 day timeframe has expired, we will consider issuing store credit so you can re-purchase or choose something else.
